Order Cancellation

  1. Cancellation Window:
    You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, cancellations beyond this window cannot be accommodated.

  2. How to Cancel:
    To cancel your order, please contact our support team at blossomdecor.ca@gmail.com or via the contact form on our website. Include your order number and reason for cancellation.

  3. Restocking Fee:
    A 5% restocking fee applies to all cancellations. This helps cover processing costs and maintain freshness in our inventory.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility:
    Refunds are issued for orders canceled within the 24-hour cancellation window, in accordance with our guidelines.

  2. Processing Time:
    Once approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

  3. Partial Refunds:
    Refunds will reflect the total order amount minus the 5% restocking fee.

  4. Confirmation:
    You will receive an email once your refund has been processed. Bank processing times may vary and could take additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Policy

  1. No Returns:
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched.

Exceptions

  1. Custom Orders:
    Custom floral arrangements may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has started. Please contact us promptly for assistance with such orders.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your flowers arrive damaged or not as expected, notify us immediately. We’ll work swiftly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

  3. Shipping Costs:
    Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the delivery fee will be deducted from the total amount.
